Real Sociedad welcome Sporting Gijon to the Anoeta in the Spanish La Liga this evening, and are big favourites to pick up all three points to move into the top-six of the division. Sociedad have suffered a dip in form of late, but Gijon’s woeful form could well boost the host’s chances of turning things around.

Eusebio Sacristán’s Real Sociedad side are currently eighth in the Spanish La Liga with 49 points from 30 games this season, coming off the back of three defeats from their last four outings.
