Real Sociedad begin talks for Everton’s Sandro

According to AS, Real Sociedad have officially begun talks with Everton over the signing of forward Sandro Ramirez. The 23-year-old has been with the Toffees since 2017 when he made the jump from Malaga, but since then he hasn’t really been able to hit the ground running – and that includes his loan spell with Sevilla.

The deal is currently open in many ways with Sociedad not yet deciding whether or not they want to bring him in on loan or on a permanent deal. Either way the main focus will be to get the deal done before the summer transfer window officially shuts in Spain on Friday.

Sociedad have had a solid start to the La Liga season, kicking things off with an efficient 2-1 victory over Villarreal. They followed that up with an entertaining 2-2 draw against Leganes, and they’ll be hoping to bring Sandro in prior to their game against Eibar.
