Real table €10 m for Stuttgart’s Khedira

(GSM) – Real Madrid have launched a €10 million offer for Stuttgart midfielder Sami Khedira, according to Marca.

The German midfielder atttracted the attention of Real boss Jose Mourinho with some excellent performances at the World Cup in South Africa. Khedira, 23, still has one year left on his contract at Stuttgart.

The Portuguese coach, who won the Champions League with Internazionale just two months ago, is busy renovating the squad at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Earlier, Mourinho revealed his doubts over Brazilian midfielder Kaká who joined Real from Milan for €65 million last year.

The former Chelsea coach would prefer Rafael van der Vaart at the position of attacking midfielderr, who should be backed by two defensive midfielders: Xabi Alonso and Khedira.
