Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was clearly disappointed when his team didn’t get a penalty against Chelsea when they reckoned Callum Hudson-Odoi had handled the ball inside the box, and he seems to believe that referee Stuart Attwell was under some kind of outside pressure when he reviewed the situation on the VAR screen and made his decision.
