Montpellier starlet Remy Cabella has admitted that he is tempted by the prospect of joining Marseille.
The 23-year-old has been on OM radar for a while now, but his current employers have so far managed to ward off interest from their Ligue 1 rivals.
However, with the midfielder continuing his rich vein of form this season, it is only a matter of time before he leaves Paillade for greener pastures.
And Cabella admits that he could join Marseille in order to realize his dream of playing Champions League football again.
“What I want is to play in the Champions League again. It obsessed me,” the talented footballer explained to France Football. “It is also true that Marseille speak highly of me.”
Remy Cabella, who came through the youth ranks at Stade da la Mosson, has already made 65 Ligue 1 appearances for the club, scoring 10 goals in the process.
His current club Montpellier resume their Ligue 1 campaign on Thursday when they play host to Rennes, with home win paying 11/10 at bet365.
