Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches is almost certain to return to Allianz Arena this winter, according to Mais Futebol.
The 20-year-old was loaned out to Swansea City last summer as he was supposed to get much needed first team experience, but he has utterly failed to impress at Liberty Stadium.
Sanches was pretty disappointing in nine Premier League appearances and his pass to a Carabao pitchside advertising board that he mistook for a teammate went viral.
It is, therefore, hardly surprising that Swansea City are set to cut short his year-long loan in the coming days, with the midfielder set to return to Allianz Arena.
Renato Sanches will have to find a way to rediscover his lost confidence if he is ever going to live up to the tag of one of Europe’s hottest prospects.
