According to a recent report from Sky Italy, FC Dallas defender Bryan Reynolds is set to complete a loan move to Serie A club Roma.
Reynolds is expected to make his way over to Italy this weekend and will make the switch over on an initial loan with an obligation to buy for around €7 million. Dallas will also include a 15% sell on agreement in the deal, with the expectation being that the teenage sensation will go on to do some big things in world football.
Reynolds is the latest in a string of stars to make the move over from North America to Europe as the United States national team continues to churn out world class superstars. Whether or not that translates to success at the 2022 FIFA World Cup and even the 2026 World Cup remains to be seen, but this influx of talent certainly can’t hurt their development as a squad.
