Ribery pledges future to Bayern

Bayern winger Franck Ribery says he would be happy to end his playing career at Alianz Arena.

The Frenchman has been in the form of his life this season and he is delighted with how things are going in Munich.

“Munich is more than just a second home to me,” Ribery told Bild. “I can imagine staying here forever.

“Who knows, maybe I will become the club’s second president alongside Uli Hoeness. But seriously, we are very happy here and you could say I am happier than I have ever been.”

The Frenchman admits playing in the Champions League final would be a dream come true.

“I desperately want to reach the Champions League final. Sadly, I was suspended in 2010 and that was disappointing.

“My dream is to gift Uli Hoeness the Champions League title on 19 May, but the league is also important. I have a good feeling and the whole team is training well and is extremely ambitious.”

Nice to hear from you, Franck. I have always admired you as a fan on and off the pitch. You definitely are one of the best players this game has seen and i am happy to hear when you are happy and of course you should be coz you deserve that.
on the other hand i am hardcore Barcelona fan and i always wonder if you were there along side Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, villa and of course Guardiola and mighty Barca. I would simply say you would be happier there ever as improving is a never ending theory and to be in limelight and talks and rumours is also important and fans always love to see their stars in their clubs and transfer window theory is the only way to make it happen. Franck, so frankly my advise for you is to switch club some day and why not this time when you are in tremendous form and also get richer in every aspect of life. Because one day when you’ll not be able to perform at certain expectations the same club and the concerned authorities will kick you out to nowhere, keep it in mind and don’t be emotional or superstitious and that is my serious advice for you. Take care.
