Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge insists Franck Ribery will not be leaving the club this summer.
Rummenigge is confident the former Marseille winger will sign a new deal with the German giants.
“I would stick my neck out and say that Ribery will not only be playing for Bayern Munich next year, but also beyond,” Rummenigge told Sport1 television.
“I am quite optimistic. We have good chances as we head into negotiations.”
Ribery joined Bayern Munich from French side Marseille in a 25million euros deal in 2007.
The 27-year-old has recently been linked with Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.
