According to a recent report from Sunday Mirror, West Ham United star Declan Rice isn’t interested in a move to Manchester United.
Instead, he’s far more willing to stay in London, which opens the door for Chelsea to pounce after being heavily linked with Rice for months now. The Blues are said to value him at around £80 million and when you consider how willing West Ham were to let Haller go for far less than that, it’s not exactly a stretch to think Chelsea are in with a good chance of getting this deal over the finish line.
Rice, who is only 21 years of age, is considered to be one of the top stars for the England national team heading into what many hope will be another golden generation for English football. Regardless of whether or not that comes to fruition, though, he has some pretty important decisions to make in the next few months.
