According to a recent report from Evening Standard, Everton star Richarlison has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United – however, the potential deal will only actually go through if United are unable to complete the signing of Erling Haaland.
The future of the young Norwegian has been a source of great debate for quite some time now, especially after his amazing start to the new season. Alas, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the kind of boss that is going to want a back-up plan, and Richarlison certainly isn’t a bad option in that regard.
The Everton sensation hasn’t always been on the money since arriving at Goodison Park, but whenever he hits a great spell of form, it almost always leads to success for the Toffees in one way or another.
Whether or not United actually have the money necessary to bring him in given what his valuation is, though, is a different matter entirely.
