The second leg of the Copa Libertadores final – originally postponed from Saturday to Sunday – has been postponed again, this time indefinitely, as officials from the South American Football Confederation acknowledge that Boca Juniors were unable to play.
The fans did everything they could to turn this football event into a war zone and even used little kids to carry the flares into the stadium.

What’s more, the bus carrying players to the Estadio Monumental was attacked by River Plate supporters, who pelted the vehicle with hard projectiles and tear gas.

Players were seen looking ill and hurt with Boca Juniors captain Pablo Perez wearing a bandage over his left eye upon arrival to the stadium.
