Lazio are set to complete the signing of Real Betis full-back Riza Durmisi, according to Estadio Deportivo and La Repubblica.
The two clubs have reportedly agreed a €7 million transfer that will see the Denmark international move to Stadio Olimpico.
This is definitely good news for the 24-year-old after he was surprisingly left out of the country’s World Cup squad.
Durmisi fared pretty well during the first 18 months at Real Betis, but eventually lost his place to youngster Junior Firpo.
The Dane arrives as a replacement for back-up left-back Jordan Lukaku, who is expected to join West Ham United this summer.
