Arjen Robben has hinted he could be on his way out of Bayern Munich should the Bavarians side fail to make next season’s Champions League.

The Dutch winger, who recently returned to injury and scored a hat-trick against Hamburg would be greatly missed if he decided to leave the Allianz Arena.

But having played in a World Cup final and a Champions League final in 2010, Robben said he has little motivation for competing – or even winning – the Europa League.

“I cannot imagine that (playing in the Europa League),” Robben said.

“That is the worst that can happen. I think it is better if you don’t play in it at all.”

“Even winning the Europa League would not mean anything for me. That is not the title you want to win and it is not something I want.”
