Arjen Robben has warned Bayern Munich of complacency following Tuesday’s 2-0 Champions League win over Juventus.
The Bavarians appear to have one foot in the semi-final following their victory over the Serie A champions in the first leg at Allianz Arena.
But Bayern winger Robben has warned that his side’s narrow escape in the round-of-16 tie against Arsenal shows that anything can still happen.
“I think we were very confident and overall we played very well,” the Dutchman told uefa.com.
“Scoring a goal within 30 seconds was a great way to start. I think we controlled the game; we dominated and we deserved the win.
“We’ll have to wait and see if 2-0 will be enough. We’ve already been warned once. When we played against Arsenal and won 3-1 away everyone was thinking the tie was over.
“Of course then everyone was disappointed and angry with our result at home, but it was a good lesson for us.”
Bayern resume domestic action away to Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday, where a win will seal them the Bundesliga title.
