According to a recent report from Sky Germany, James Rodriguez will be going in search of a new challenge this summer after deciding to not extend his stay at Bayern Munich. The Colombian playmaker has spent the last two years on loan with Bayern, and despite winning a few trophies with the German giants, he hasn’t really been able to make a consistent impact. Bayern had the option of signing him for a fee of around £37 million, but James is believed to have told Jorge Mendes (his agent) that he is ready to discuss the possibility of going elsewhere. Juventus are supposedly interested in bringing him over, but aside from them, you would think that a series of clubs would be considering the possibility of making a move for him. He’s still young, and it certainly seems like he’s got a lot left to give so long as he’s put into the right kind of system.
