Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that AS Roma are set to complete the signing of Fenerbahce midfielder Salih Ucan.
Having recruited experienced midfielder Seydou Keita on a free transfer from Valencia, the Giallorossi appear set to add another player to their engine room.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Roma have agreed a €10 million deal for Salih Ucan, who will be earning around €1.5 million per campaign at Stadio Olimpico.
The interesting thing is the 20-year-old has only made six league starts since arriving from Bucaspor two years ago, but the Giallorossi are convinced he has what it takes to develop into a world-class player.
Salih Ucan has represented Turkey at various youth levels while he was handed his senior debut in November 2013.
Meanwhile, Roma are also stepping up their interest in Newcastle defender Davide Santon, who is widely expected to join during the summer transfer window.
