Daily Express understands that AS Roma are keeping close tabs on Ligue 1 starlets Faouzi Ghoulam and Remy Cabella.
Arsenal and Manchester United are believed to be hot on the trail of two talented footballers, but the Giallorossi are looking to spoil the party.
Namely, boss Rudi Garcia is well aware of the players’ qualities having only left French Ligue 1 this summer, and he is hoping to lure the duo to Stadio Olimpico.
The Giallorossi could make a move as early as January, while it remains to be seen if the Premier League sides will be stepping up their interest as well.
Remy Cabella, 23, has scored 6 goals and created 3 assists in 16 league matches this term and he is valued at €17 million.
Meanwhile, Saint Etienne full-back Faouzi Ghoulam should be available for less, although he is unlikely to be leaving clubs before the summer.
Roma are still in the chase for the Serie A title, and are currently priced at 9/2 to go all the way.
