Roma, De Rossi focused on derby glory

Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi is trying to remain focussed ahead of the weekend’s big derby showdown with Lazio. “It’s a surreal climate and it is hard to speak about football when cities and towns have been destroyed,” De Rossi told Il Corriere Dello Sport.

“I would have been more calm for the derby if the earthquake didn’t happen. However, I am hoping for a win and a goal.”

“Lazio are in the same form we were in for the reverse. However, if we think about their negativity then we would be making a big mistake,” added the Italian.
