Roma issue hands off warning over Pjanic

AS Roma have informed Paris Saint-Germain that Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic is not for sale, according to L’Equipe.

The Saints have made the Bosnia international one of their primary targets in an attempt to reinforce the midfield department and in turn made official contact with the player’s employers.

However, L’Equipe has learned that they have been told the player was not for sale at any price.

The Giallorossi are enjoying one of their most successful seasons in recent years and they are determined to keep the squad together and mount a serious title challenge in Serie A.

Rudi Garcia’s men will have an excellent opportunity to revive their title bid when they face leaders Juventus in Turin, and are priced at 4/1 to defeat their rivals.

Miralem Pjanic has become an integral part of the squad at Stadio Olimpico, and he has been in fine form this season, having managed 3 goals and 4 assists in 16 Serie A outings.
