Italian giants AS Roma could secure two of the Europe’s hottest prospects in the January transfer window, according to Tuttosport.
The Giallorossi are locked in the battle with league rivals Juventus for Paris Saint-Germain starlet Adrien Rabiot, but they reportedly have the upper hand and are expected to sign the 19-year-old for €15 million this winter.
The talented Frenchman has already made it clear that he wants to leave PSG in search of first team football and the fact his current contract is due to expire at the end of the season is an added bonus.
Meanwhile, Roma officials are set to open talks with long-term target Yevhen Konoplyanka, who will also be out of contract in the summer.
The Ukraine star is reportedly keen on a move to Italy, and the Giallorossi will schedule a meeting with his representatives in the coming days.
AS Roma face Serie A leaders Juventus on the road in an attempt to make it six wins in a row, and they are 7/2 to claim maximum points.
