Serie A giants Roma are ready have inquired about Saint Etienne striker Gonzalo Bergessio and Nice goalkeeper David Ospina, Le Parisien reports.
The Italians have already done some shopping in France, having acquired Gabriel Heinze and Loic Nego from Marseille and Nantes respectively.
The Giallorossi are now looking to do some more business on the French market as they have expressed interest in Gonzalo Bergessio and David Ospina.
Roma scouts have spotted the Saint Etienne striker while on loan at Catania, where he scored 5 league goals in 13 appearances.
With Mirko Vucinic set to leave the club, the Giallorossi believe that Bergessio would be a decent replacement for the Montenegrin.
Roma are also looking for a new keeper after Brazilian Doni moved to Liverpool, and after Carlos Kameni and Maarten Stekelenburg, they have shown interest in Nice’s David Ospina.
The Colombian is considered to be one of the most talented keepers in French top flight and he would present a cheaper alternative to Ajax shot-stopper Stekelenburg.
