Roma want Alexis Sanchez?

According to a recent report from over in England, Italian giants Roma have held talks with Manchester United over the possibility of signing Alexis Sanchez on loan from the Red Devils. The Chilean forward would need to take a substantial pay cut in order to agree to leave, even on loan, with the summer transfer windows still being open for a good few weeks yet – in everywhere but England.

Sanchez hasn’t been able to have the kind of tenure at Old Trafford that many would’ve been hoping for, including the man himself. He was much better suited to his tenure at the Emirates with Arsenal, but as time has gone on, it’s become evident that he will not be able to replicate that success anytime soon.

For now, all United fans will wish for is that they get a decent amount of money for him, regardless of whether or not the deal is on a loan basis.
