Ronaldo hopes Inter beat Barca

(GSM) – Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo hopes Internazionale will block Barcelona’s path to the UEFA Champions League final.

Real’s arch rivals need to overturn a 3-1 loss from the first leg if they are to make it to the final, which is played at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ronaldo has revealed that he’s hopeful Barca’s Champions League campaign ends at the Camp Nou.

“It will be a great match, but also a difficult game for both teams. Barcelona have to attack to overturn their defeat from the first leg, while Inter face a tough task to defend their lead,” said Ronaldo to Marca.

“It’s very difficult to predict the outcome of this match. However, I hope that Barcelona will lose. I play at Real Madrid and I really like Madrid. It would be a huge blow for Barcelona if they lose and that could be helpful to us in the Liga title race.”
