In total the forward has racked up four hundred and twenty-nine appearances for Real, scoring four hundred and forty-three goals.

Whist at United he scored one hundred and eighteen goals and won three consecutive Premier League titles from 2007 to 2009, as well as two League Cups and the Champions League.

His next international appearance will be his one hundred and fiftieth while he has scored eighty-one goals for his country.
