Ronaldo set to avoid MLS for now

According to a recent report from Fabrizio Romano, Cristiano Ronaldo will prioritise a move within Europe if he leaves Manchester United.

Following the Portuguese sensation’s decision to go storming down the tunnel during United’s win over Tottenham, there is a whole lot of speculation surrounding his future – with the majority of fans and pundits believing that he’ll leave Old Trafford sooner rather than later.

He may even do so during the January transfer window and if he does, there’s going to be a whole lot of interest.

There are believed to be clubs from the MLS and Saudi Arabia who are willing to make substantial financial contributions in the name of bringing him over, however, Ronaldo is said to be interested in remaining in Europe – predominantly so that he can carry on his Champions League odyssey.

Either way, it feels like Ronaldo’s second stint with the Red Devils is going to end on a sour note.
