Wolfsburg are considering making a move for Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky in January, according to reports in Germany.
Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath is eager to add some fresh blood to his squad in the European winter transfer window, and Bild claims he sees the 31-year-old as the perfect signing.
The Bundesliga club were linked with the midfielder before the 2011/12 campaign, but a move never materialised. However, they are reportedly eager to land their man in January and are ready to begin negotiations.
The Czech Republic international is finding regular first-team action hard to come by in London this season and could opt to leave the Emirates.
The attacking midfielder’s contract with the Gunners expires at the end of the 2011/12 campaign and the English Premier League outfit could be ready to cash in on Rosicky in January.
Rosicky starred in the Bundesliga at Borussia Dortmund from 2001 until 2006 before moving to Arsenal.
