Competition: Scottish Premiership
Market: Ross County draw no bet

Looking to build off what has been an eye-catching start to the new Scottish Premiership campaign, Ross County will welcome Kilmarnock to an empty Global Energy Stadium on Wednesday night.
Starting with the hosts, while Ross County might have been extremely glad to have seen last year’s campaign brought to an early finish as they were still battling it out at the foot of the table, few would have expected the Staggies’s stunning start this time around. Leaving it late and snatching a 1-0 win away at Hamilton last week, Stuart Kettlewell’s men have landed back-to-back victories and are one of just three sides who can boast a 100% record since opening August. Also making a real statement and shocking many with another 1-0 win at home against Motherwell in their season-opener, the former County midfielder has impressed since taking over in a permanent role over the summer. Losing just a pair of their last 10 Premiership matchups at the Global Energy Stadium carrying on from last year’s interruption, the Staggies should be confident of causing another upset in midweek.
As for the visitors, managing to hang onto a point against defending champions Celtic last week, there is no doubt that Kilmarnock are a side just desperate to find some stability. Opening the 2020/2021 campaign with a worrying display in their 2-1 loss away at Hibernian earlier in the month, new permanent boss Alex Dyer knows he has quite the job on his hands. Firmly battling it out in the bottom half of the table before the season was brought to an early halt, Killie now find themselves on a run of form that has seen them fail to win any of their last seven matchups across all formats and are a million miles away from any kind of European charge. Remarkably collecting just three points over their last nine contests away from Rugby Park, it should also be noted that Dyer’s side were hit with a 1-0 defeat the last time they made the trip to Dingwall.
