Ruben Amorim wants Marc Guehi at Manchester United

Manchester United are interested in signing Marc Guehi from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that new United head coach Ruben Amorim has personally been impressed with Guehi, with the Red Devils keen on bringing in a new centre-back.

Guehi has been on the books of Palace since 2021 and has established himself as one of the better defenders in the Premier League. The 24-year-old centre-back has scored two goals and given one assist in 14 Premier League matches so far this season and provided one assist in 23 starts and two substitute appearances in the league for the Eagles in the 2023-24 campaign.

United, linked with FC Porto duo Francisco Moura and Samu Aghehowa, are 13th in the Premier League table at the moment with 19 points from 14 matches, 10 points above the relegation zone and seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester City. Meanwhile, Palace currently find themselves three points above the bottom three in 17th place.
