Rubin Kazan are showing interest in Hamburger striker Paolo Guerrero, according to Bild.
The experienced striker is considered an important part of the starting line-up at Imtech Arena, but the club chiefs are no longer ready to tolerate his unprofessional behaviour.
Bild reports that Rubin Kazan are interested in signing the 28-year-old, who is valued at €6 million.
Hamburger sporting director Frank Arnesen confirms that the Russian Premier League club are keen on the Peruvian.
“Yes, I have spoken with a representative of Kazan,” Arnesen was quoted as saying in Bild.
Guerrero has two years left on his contract with Hamburg and his €4 million yearly wage is another reason why the Bundesliga side could decide to cash in on him this summer.
Napoli and Valencia are also keen on the forward who scored just 6 goals in 23 Bundesliga appearances last season.
Guerrero joined Hamburger in July 2006 and has since bagged 37 goals in 133 Bundesliga games.
