(GSM) – Rubin Kazan maintained their winning streak in the Russian Premier League, beating Amkar Perm 3-0 on Saturday.
The defending champions needed 26 minutes for Carlos Eduardo to score the opening goal and the Brazilian forward added a second seven minutes after the break.
Former Internazionale striker Obafemi Martins netted the third, from the penalty spot in the 86th minute.
League leaders Zenit remain comfortably on top following a 2-0 win over Tom Tomsk at home.
Roman Shirokov found the target after less than two minutes and Alexander Bukharov doubled the advantage just before the half time whistle.
