When you win only four out of the first 14 Premier League matches and your goal difference is -1, it is clear things are going wrong. After all, that is why Arsenal have decided to sack Unai Emery and give the chance to caretaker manager Freddie Ljungberg to lead the team. Now, Arsenal are focusing on who will be the full-time manager, but they are also looking at prospects of signing new players.
And they need new players badly. One of those signings could be Daniele Rugani, if Il Bianconero are to be believed. They claim that Arsenal remain interested in Juventus centre-back. Rugani is 25 years old and he has not grown into a player many have expected, seeing him as potential heir to Giorgio Chiellini. Now, he is not playing much under Maurizio Sarri and he would be tempted to make a move elsewhere.
It remains unknown how eager he would be to join Arsenal now that they have not cleared up the situation in regards to the managerial position.
