Ruiz wants to join Barcelona

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz is holding off on extending any contract talks with the club as a direct result of his interest in joining Barcelona. The Spainsh giants have made it clear that they are interested in going after Ruiz in the past, but with a series of other top European clubs being in the mix too, nobody really knew where both parties stood with the issue. 

Ruiz is one of the most intriguing and naturally talented midfielders in world football today, which is a category that Barca are pretty experienced in. Napoli have been able to pride themselves on keeping hold of big stars over the years but as this story continues to unfold, it’s starting to look like they might lose out. 

We all know it’s going to take a substantial offer to make this happen, and Barcelona are more than happy to oblige.
