Rubin Kazan remain on course to win their second Russian title in a row. The defending champions cruised to a 0-3 victory at fifth-placed Dinamo Moscow on Sunday.
Rubin’s Alejandro Dominguez got to show his skills from the penalty spot on two occasions. The Argentinian first converted a spot kick in the 28th minute, and then did so again in minute 78.
The third and final goal came from Alexander Ryazantsev in the 89th minute.
With 19 of 34 rounds played, Rubin Kazan are one point ahead of Spartak Moscow and the battle seems to be between these two teams. FK Moscow and CSKA Moscow are both seven points behind the leaders.
