Borussia Dortmund have set the price for the services of Jadon Sancho at no less than £115 million, which could prove far too much for Manchester United, according to the Telegraph.
Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc recently admitted the 20-year-old has not been easy to handle. Having been fined by the club for returning late from international duty earlier this season, Sancho was recently punished in the same way by the German FA for breaking the guidelines over the Covid-19 situation. Zorc’s words have only added fuel to rumours about the winger’s potential exit from the Signal Iduna Park, with United, Liverpool and Real Madrid all heavily linked in recent months.
However, the Bundesliga club seem determined not to allow one of their most prized assets to leave for anything less than what they feel is his full transfer value, regardless of the financial implications of the pandemic.
Meanwhile, United are apparently ‘wary’ of breaking the Premier League transfer record again amid the financial uncertainty.
