Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund has been one of the most-mentioned names in the media when it comes to summer transfers this year. However, the winger himself has revealed that nothing is certain at the moment.
Having arrived to the Signal Iduna Park from Manchester City in 2017, the 20-year-old’s stock has risen rapidly and a number of top clubs across Europe have been watching his progress closely. Lately, he has been heavily linked with a return to Manchester, though to join United this time. Liverpool and Real Madrid have also been mentioned, though Dortmund don’t appear willing to let him leave for anything less than €110 million, an amount no club is willing to pay at the moment.
And speaking to World Soccer Magazine (via AS) this week, Sancho said he didn’t know what to say about his future.
“I don’t know what to say to that. It’s hard to say. That’s the future. You never know what could happen, so we will wait and see,” he said.
This season, Sancho racked up 40 goal involvements (20 goals, 20 assists) in 44 appearances for Dortmund.
