Sane heading to Bayern Munich?

According to a recent report from Kicker, Manchester City star Leroy Sane could be on his way to Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window. Sane is believed to be out of favour with Pep Guardiola, and was actually criticised by the gaffer earlier on in the season. Sane is widely considered to be one of the most underrated players in the Premier League and European football as a whole, which is probably one of the key reasons why City fans want to keep hold of him. They have an incredible squad with a lot of strength in depth, as we all know, but losing Sane would still serve as a pretty substantial blow.

Bayern are just coming off the back of yet another Bundesliga title win, and with reports suggesting they are eager to improve in European competition, it’s not exactly a surprise to hear that they’re interested in a player of Sane’s calibre.
