Sane to discuss Man City future

According to a recent report from Kicker, Leroy Sane is set to speak to Pep Guardiola concenring his future at Manchester City. The 23 year old currently has two years left on his deal, and is said to be interested in forcing through a move to Bayern Munich – if City are unwilling to extend it. It has been clear for quite some time now that Sane isn’t really featuring in any of Pep’s first team plans, despite many fans and pundits believing that he is one of the club’s best players.

In a lot of ways it depends on the perspective you have on the matter, because Sane often possesses the ability to take on a series of different roles within the first team. Either way, though, it doesn’t seem as if Bayern are going away anytime soon – and if that is the case, then Guardiola needs to decide what he wants to do and fast.
