Portuguese media outlet A Bola has learned that Portuguese giants FC Porto are keeping close tabs on Santos midfielder Lucas Rafael Araujo Lima.
The Dragons could stay without several high-profile footballers in the summer transfer window and are already in the market for their replacements.
According to A Bola, Santos attacking midfielder Lucas Lima could be one of the first players to arrive at Estadio do Dragao at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old is another quality footballer owned by Doyen Sports investment company, whose representative Renato Duprat has travelled to Portugal for talks with FC Porto officials.
This is enough to suggest the Dragons are stepping up their efforts to lure the talented midfielder to Estadio do Dragao.
Lucas Lima joined Santos from Internacional just over a year ago and he has since scored 3 goals and produced 4 assists in 35 league appearances for the Brazilian giants.
