It is time for Fulham to accept their losses. After heavy spending in the summer of 2018, in the hope of staying in the Premier League for more than just a season, the Cottagers now have to look at ways to offload their most expensive players.
After failing in their goals, Fulham are set to play again in the Championship and that is why Jean Michael Seri was let leave the club. In fact, the Ivorian has left Fulham to join Galatasaray on a season-long loan.
The 28-year-old signed for the Turkish giants for an initial £1.3m worth of loan, with an option included to make the move permanent next year. The Turkish giants got themselves a midfielder that could help them in short-term, before choosing whether they want him to stay at the club. Fulham got rid of his huge wages that they would not want to pay in Championship, after Seri contributed one goal and two assists in 32 games for Fulham last season.
