According to a recent report from Sky Italy, Serie A side Sassuolo are open to the idea of signing Chelsea winger Kenedy on loan. Rogerio, who is the first choice left-back for the club, recently sustained an injury in their opening league game against Torino. As a result, they may open the door to the possibility of going after Kenedy, who has failed to secure any extended time in the starting XI with the Blues.
New manager Frank Lampard has been fairly consistent so far when it comes giving players a chance, but there are some that seemingly just won’t be able to break into that next bracket of Chelsea stardom.
Sassuolo, on the other hand, would be able to offer him a series of opportunities in their first team – and if the potential loan deal goes well, then you just know that the option for a permanent deal would be on the table too.
