AC Milan have been in transfer rumour mills for a while now and it looks like they will not stop being part of them for some time. After numerous talks of Milan signing new players and the story of Premier League clubs being interested in Franck Kessie, it is now the latest story that Ricardo Rodriguez is very close to leaving San Siro very soon.
According to Calciomercato and SportMediaset, Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04 are set to sign the Switzerland full-back from AC MIlan, as he has not featured much for Rossoneri this season. The report claims that Milan will let him go in the end, as he has not played for the club since September, with summer signing Theo Hernandez being a preffered option at left-back by the coach Stefano Pioli.
As a result the club are ready to sell Rodriguez next month, with Schalke leading the chase. This could also give Milan more financial power in the January transfer window in order to bring in new players.
