Schalke want Kolasinac loan

According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Schalke are eyeing up a cut-priece loan deal with Arsenal for defender Sead Kolasinac.

The 27-year-old started his professional career with the German club and it appears as if that’s where he could well be returning to sooner rather than later. Schalke are said to be in serious financial trouble right now, though, and because of this, they’ll have to set a salary cap if they’re going to even consider bringing in some new faces.

A deal isn’t believed to be close at this moment in time but if Schalke want to find some kind of solution to this issue, they may have to come to terms with the fact that Arsenal won’t budge all too much on the specifics of the loan.

Right now it seems like there’s some potential behind the move, but there isn’t much time left for them to get it over the finish line.
