Inverness Caledonian Thistle continued their good form with a 3-1 home win over Ross County in the Scottish Premier League on Friday.
Terry Butcher’s side entered the fixture on a four-match unbeaten run – the last two of which were wins – and they made a bright start against struggling County.
English striker Ross Draper, an off-season acquisition from Mansfield Town, fired Inverness into a ninth-minute lead and the advantage was doubled just 19 minutes later through Andrew Shinnie.
Iain Vigurs produced a response for County, scoring after 48 minutes to force a nervy finale, but Irish forward Aaron Doran sealed the three points for the hosts in the dying stages.
Inverness now sit sixth on the table while County remain in 10th.
