AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf has returned to the training track from injury, in positive news for manager Massimiliano Allegri.
Seedorf, a former Dutch international, has resumed regular training after almost three weeks on the sidelines due to a knee injury.
The 35-year-old last featured for Milan in the 2-0 away loss against Juventus on October 2, and had been working on his recovery since sustaining the knock on October 10.
The Rossoneri revealed on their official website that Seedorf participated in Thursday’s training session without any noteworthy problems and could soon return to action.
The former Ajax star will not feature in Saturday’s Serie A match away against Roma, but could make the match squad for the Champions League game away to BATE Borisov next month.
