Lazio superstar Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been touted to make a big move this summer with a long list of Europe’s top sides looking his way.
The towering Serb is coming off a formidable season with Biancocelesti and went on to introduce himself at the international level with Serbia’s underwhelming World Cup campaign.
With entire world taking notice of his rising stock, several high-profile sides are already making plans in an effort to persuade stubborn Lazio chiefs to sanction the summer sale of their star midfielder.
Juventus have long been tipped to seal the deal for Milinkovic-Savic but with Cristiano Ronaldo arriving in Turin, such a possibility is not realistic anymore.
Manchester United and Barcelona hoped to take advantage of such a notion but will have to fight off intense Real Madrid pressure who are now looking like firm favourites to grab the highly sought-after midfielder.
According to the Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, super agent Jorge Mendes has made it his personal agenda to help Los Blancos seal the deal for the Serbian represented by former Chelsea striker Mateja Kezman.
It is believed that Mendes is trying to work out a €100 deal which is close to what Lazio were hoping to get for their top player.
