Sergio Ramos pledges future to Real Madrid

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has made it clear he is not thinking about leaving Santiago Bernabeu.

The 31-year-old has another three years left on his current deal, but he will reportedly be offered a contract extension.

Ramos seems quite relaxed over a new deal as he is more than ready to commit his future to the club.

“My extension? It has been mentioned, but I do not worry about it at the moment,” Ramos told Onda Cero.

“As long as my dream continues and I continue to wake up with the pleasure of playing, there will be no problems with the president. The agreement will be reached in two minutes.”

Sergio Ramos will go down as one of the best central defenders in club’s history, having made 374 La Liga appearances, scoring 49 goals, since joining from Sevilla.

The experienced defender won 4 La Liga trophies and 3 Champions League titles with los Blancos among other accolades.
