Juve and Inter locked in the battle for Celtic midfielder
Reports from Italy suggest that both Juventus and Inter are interested in signing Celtic midfielder Scott Brown.
The Scotland international has become an integral part of the Bhoys side immediately following his transfer from Hibernian, but his contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
Brown has rejected offers for a new deal with Celtic and is thought to have welcomed the Serie A interest.
Both Gigi del Neri and Rafa Benitez hold the Scotsman in high regard and the pair is expected to lead a hard battle for his signature.
There is no doubt Scott Brown has got the quality to play at the biggest stage, although with not too many British players proving a success in Serie A, he would certainly be in for a difficult adjustment period if he decides to accept one of these offers.

Wenger wants a Spanish keeper
Arsene Wenger has set his sights on Athletic Bilbao keeper Gorka Iraizoz as he seeks for Manuel Almunia’s replacement.
Arsenal scouts have already watched the keeper on several occasions and with his contract expiring at the end of the season, the 29-year-old looks like a fairly easy target.
Athletic are trying to negotiate a new deal with Iraizoz and that is probably one of the reasons why Arsenal’s interest was made public, with the keeper free to negotiate with other clubs from the 1st January.
Should Wenger fail to lure the Athletic keeper to the Emirates, he will make a move for either Diego Lopez or David De Gea, some of La Liga’s top keepers at the moment.
It seems the Arsenal boss has already decided to replace Almunia with another Spanish keeper, and it just remains to be seen which one of the three excellent keepers will emerge as the winner.

Isaac Vorsah on Liverpool radar
Liverpool have shown interest in Ghana World Cup star, Isaac Vorsah, following his impressive performances for both club and country.
Roy Hodgson is keeping an eye on the 22-year-old defender, whose contract with Hoffenheim expires at the end of the season, so he could sign a pre-contract with the Reds at the beginning of January.
The prospect of signing the Ghanian on a free transfer is very appealing to debt-ridden Liverpool and we can expect Hodgson to try and close few more deals like this one in the near future.
Vorsah started Ghana’s opening match at the World Cup but having picked up an injury in the Serbia game, he failed to contribute to Black Stars’ road to the quarter-finals.
Nevertheless, the young defender quickly rediscovered his form at Hoffenheim, with his impressive defensive displays and two goals in three games the driving force behind team’s climb to the top of Bundesliga standings.
