Sevilla and Atletico Madrid plan to make bids for Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette in the January transfer window, according to La Razon. It has been reported that La Liga duo Sevilla and Atletico want to sign the striker, who is out of contract at Arsenal in the summer of 2022.
While Sevilla and Atletico are keen on signing the 30-year-old striker on a free transfer next summer, they want to get ahead of the competition and will make bids for the former Lyon star when the transfer window in January.
Lacazette is struggling for playing time at Arsenal at the moment, and it is unlikely that he will get a new contract at the Gunners. The 30-year-old himself could be tempted to leave the North London club in the middle of the season if he has a chance of playing regular first-team football at his new club.
