French media outlet La Provence is reporting that Sevilla and Marseille are vying for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca.
Even though the Colombian, who has three years left on his deal at San Siro, is adamant he will not be leaving the club this summer, the Rossoneri hope to offload the 30-year-old at the earliest opportunity.
French giants Marseille are hot on his trail and their sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta is believed to have already presented a three-year deal to the striker’s agents.
However, La Provence claims that Sevilla lead the chase at the moment and that l’OM will stand a realistic chance of getting their men only if los Rojiblancos give up on their pursuit.
Carlos Bacca went on to score 31 goals in 70 league games after arriving from Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, eventually losing his place in the side to Gianluca Lapadula.
